New Collins axes?

So, I was at a hardware store in a small town not too long ago and noticed that where the typical Truper or other sub par axes are normally found, this store had some decent looking axes labelled Collins. I'm not well researched, but I didn't think Collins axes were made anymore. The handle of the little camp hatchet I handled was well contoured and had acceptable grain orientation, so that is encouraging. Does anyone have experience with the new ones? Are they any good?

Thanks!

Made by truper in Mexico, and from what I've seen the handles are very flat in profile with no proper fawns foot/swell
Personally I wouldn't touch one with a 10' stick ( I got very lucky when gambling on a 10$ Hf hatchet, but 16-20$ is too much to waste imho )

That's a shame. Sounds like I'll be sticking with Council.
