Both are great! The forge pattern is good and the blade profiles are excellent. They have a purpose built no b.s. look. Kinda like you might know what you're doing!:D
As always, your work is top shelf and ready for whatever happens next.
 
Those are some good looking knives! 5160 is one of my favorite steels. What RC HT did you get these to and are they diff. tempered or thru tempered (spine to edge)? Thank you.
 
They are full hardened and full tempered to a 58-59RC. I tried a differential heat treat and found on 5160 that there was no clear advantage to it sense it's already so tough.
