I am not a huge condor fan, but this is the kind of thing I have been waiting for. They have a few nice looking woods knives but the kephart looks great and will be very cheap. I ordered mine for $31 shipped. I will update when I get it. Anyone else excited about this? Just wanted to let any condor/kephart fans out there know this model is shipping.

Thanks for posting this!, i just found out about this knife after googling it from finding out about it through your post, looks like a great design for the field! I love condor knives they have a sort of custom handmade feel to them unlike a mass produced machine made knife. They also really know how to bring out a steel potential through the proper heat treatments, i wanted to test the durability of a condor golok on a junk steel computer case and it chopped and hacked through it with just a bit of dulling and slight blunting, really tough stuff!

No problem! Condors steel is crazy, I have a 2011 condor bushlore and some of my files slide off it like its glass! They seem to heat treat 1075 to a nice hardness. My bushlore needed some work on the grind and handle, but for the money ya can't complain. Can't wait to see what the fit n finish is like on the kephart.

The Kephart looks like a nice wood handled alternative to the Rodan. I'd like to see some more of this one.
