New CQC-15 on the way...

OK guys, I'm taking you at your word on how great this knife is. I've had one eye half open for several months now watching for a plain-edged CQC-15 to show up for sale, and I finally found one and placed my order.

I just got mine delivered not 10 minutes ago.

Oy, is this one beefy blade. It's just huge. I have no idea what I was thinking when I considered the Super Commander. Then again, SC is 4" and this is 3.9", so maybe this is just on the huge as heck side of things even when it's not supersized.

OK, the knife arrived over the weekend. I've pictured it along with one of my ATR's for no particular reason other than I like the ATR as well.

So far I like the beefy feel of the 15. I even like the stiff action, which surprised me a bit.

I love my cqc-15 , It will smooth out nicely I had a Satin finished one I got a regrind done on and man I miss that knife, now I have the regular ole 15 bt plain edge but black coating, hence the bt, It is an awesome knife. I love mine, I can't decide which knife I prefer the roadhouse or the 15 it's a close race...

My Horseman is my 3rd. Emerson and after around 8 good days of using, she is smoothing out great.
