Hey all,

Also got this photo back from Coop of my custom folder. This is a Johnny Stout Zodiac with Jim Small Engraving. Just wanted to know what everyone thought about it.

Thanks,

What can't you like about this knife. Fantastic pattern on the blade. Blue Ivory for the handle. Now try to look at the bolsters- what a Gold filled dream.

That's a beautiful piece. Stout has some really nice designs in his lineup.

Great Looking Knife, Images not bad either (just kidding Coop)
Congrats,
James

That ivory is something. It looks like it was soaked in blueberry juice......maybe you should taste it to make sure. :D

A great looking folder!

Jim Small seems to bring exquisite beauty to any knife he touches....

All the best,
David Darom (ddd)

This is a top-tier knife by every measure. Johnny Stout's basic design and styling are classic.

Yes, it's a D/A auto and the action on the auto is easy on the button, yet the blade swings around with an effortless CLICK, but is just a touch subdued from a 'tactical' super-fast action standpoint. I found it exactly correct and befitting of the attention to every detail in the package.

The gold engraving is costly and extremely well finished. Jim is a standout in this area, and is absolutely one of my very favorite engravers, bar none.

Johnny forged that steel himself. He is a man of MANY talents. Harvey would acknowledge this.

My photo doesn't show the fine stippling on the anodized liners. You can't fully appreciate this knife from this photo, it's that good!

Congrats to Ryan, Johnny, and Jim! :D
