Bill does a great job on his customized watches. I have two and a third on order. Here is a preview of some new dial designs he will have available in addition to the ones he offers now:

He is also going to offer custom logos and text on his dials, a pretty cool option.

I think its either a Waterborne strap or a Rhino strap. Check them out.
