(feels like i am in a barn yard here! ) We did have a comments email link a long time ago. We were absolutely deluged with every kind of comment under the sun. Warranty questions, new product idea, product improvement, kudos, knife value questions, just to name a few. I don't think we were ready to have a full time person doing nothing but answering those kinds of questions all day. It might be something we need to reconsider now. Just don't send them all to me. You know how upset certain forum guys get when I am not here all the time!
