Hi, I'm a new knife enthusiast and new to the forums. And I have a few questions about my new SOG Daggert 2.
I received my bead blasted Daggert 2 today and it is not as factory sharp as my Becker BK9. It will poke just fine, but will not cut paper.
My questions are: Can my Daggert 2, or any dagger, ever be as sharp as a Bowie or other non culinary knife? And if so, is there any special technique to sharpening it, or can I sharpen it with my Edge Pro?
