Hey guys..

Its been awhile since Ive been around. I have been working hard for the past year to start up a Damascus business. I wanted to show you all the shop and let you know we are open for business and taking orders. I hope this is ok to post here and if not could someone please move me :foot:
I will also be posting up pieces for sale in the knifemaking supplies section here on BF. I just wanted to say hi and let you all know we are open and see you all at blade. The info on the website kinda says it all so I wont write a book here. I tried to get something up on the website before Blade so there a ton left to do but check back after Blade and I'll have the store done and price list and other things done by then.... anyways here is a shop tour video... see you all in Atlanta !!!!!

I think you need to pay for membership before the mods jump on you.

Best of luck on this new venture Zoe!!!

You've done some really serious tooling up in that shop. Awesome! Love that big ass rolling mill... where the heck did you find it?

Great looking steel too Zoe, I think you will do well. :)

Joe, you've got the shop and tools for your new venture. Looks great! Good luck in your new adventure.

Thanks again everyone. I really appreciate the support as I think everyone knows how hard it is doing this full time...but I love it too much. And a special thanks to you Bruce, you have been an inspiration and a great help over the years And I do respect all you have done...thanks

Hey Nick... That mill came from up in RI.... It was in sorry shape but a lot of zerk grease fitting and a lot of rubbing down the rolls and getting it oiled and freed up.. then I sourced the motor and controller separately. I am building a twisting jig that will run off the bottom roll, its almost done.. Just need the time to put it on. The control is a VFD so I can twist really slow or roll slow or fast.. Its definitely worth putting that on the motor. Infinite control.

Again thanks everyone for the support :)

Great video and steel my friend. I am happy for you as you follow your passion. Good luck in your new venture!
