Look at that beauty:

http://www.cashenblades.com/available.html

Blade length: 10.75 inches

Overall Length: 16 inches

Blade material: O1/L6 composite damascus with L6 core

Handle material: African blackwood with carved and textured copper spacers

Kevin's metal work is remarkable and his sheaths are now looking pretty darn good!

Kevin had that piece, and another very nice one, at Ashokan this year. Both had similar sheaths. His knives are beautiful and the workmanship is excellent! (Unfortunately, my photos are not.)

Beautiful knife

Anyone need a kidney?
How about a 14 year old boy almost capable of taking out the trash!

I'm finally gonna admit that I don't like a Kevin Cashen knife. Something about the L6 piece in the middle doesn't look right to me.

Everything else about the knife looks great, but that non damascus section bothers me for some reason.

That guardless spearpoint number really speaks to me. I also can't recall seeing three full size bowie / camp knives all available at once - even on Kevin's table at a show.

Why the heck did the Canadian dollar have to tank NOW. :grumpy:

the guardless camp knife is my favourite. unfortunately there's not much left for more purchases this year, and then, what is that darn snake skin doing on the sheath, how the heck should i get this through customs?

it is my impression that a lot of reasonable priced high quality knives by renowned makers are difficult to sell at the moment. the sales section of this forum seem to support this impression.
