New Design - Armadillo???

Okay here is a new design showing both versions that will be available. A more upscale version with bolsters and a more tactical version without bolsters. I'm thinking of calling it the Armadillo (Armadillo-B for the bolstered version). What do you think? Any other name ideas are more than welcome.

Specs:
Steel: ATS-34 (one is mirror the other satin)
Blade Length: 5"
OAL: 9 1/2"
Pins: 416SS & Mosaic
Top one has Maroon Linen Micarta Scales
Bolsters on the one are 416SS Satin Finished
Bottom one has Black G10 Scales

Both will be for sale at the Las Vegas Knife show in January.

I like it. I like it even better than the one in your avatar. Should be a winner at the show. Might wanna make a few more.

FYI - The name Armadillo is now dead! Someone has convinced me that this is not the right name for this knife. So any name ideas are more than welcome!

Someone on another forum suggested calling the bolstered version the silver raven and the non bolstered version the black raven, I like this and think I'm going to go with it.

The Raven name sounds fine to me Sean, but I think you should also consider for future knives using names that harken to the place where the knives were made. Lots of legitimate rugged outdoorsy-type imagery to be found in the NWT.

Just so you know, "Black Raven" is the name of a knife that is marketed under the Dark Ops banner.
