While well made and functional, the Kydex sheath that came with my Bravo wasn't quite what I was looking for. Dan at JRE Industries made me this awesome leather sheath for it. I think it suits the whole package much better. Fit is nice and snug on knife and steel, very cool

It's cool they have the Barkies on hand, so you don't even have to send your knife in :D

Thats awesome...I am tired of making sheaths..how much are they? I just got my second Bravo1 and could use another sheath. Gene

I just went to thier site, I sent an email asking if they take Paypal, I need another Aurora sheath, as they fit the gameskeeper very well. For $25 you can't go wrong. The bushcraft style sheaths from JRE are top quality stuff.

Definitely, and did you know they offer a lifetime guarantee? You can't beat that!

It's really a handy knife, not big and doesn't weigh too much. It slices good even for being so stout. The Marines really knew what they were doing when they asked BRK&T to make this! Get one if you get the chance. I think the JRE sheaths will be an option shortly too :)

Maybe one day I'll get one but I'm still digging my Mutt way too much at the minute to think about another buy !!!:D

i can't bear to look at the bravo-1 much longer.... i neeeeeed to get one....:grumpy:

I just ordered the blades for the Iron Wolf Scandi in our Wilderness Knife project.

I have that other Bushcrafter that I posted a picture of I made from that SWC blade. It fits perfect in the Aurora sheath from JRE.

When I get the handles on the forum knives I'm going to try them and I bet I'll be ordering either one of their Aurora sheaths or the Northstar sheath for the forum blades.

Those are nice sheaths and very reasonable!!

I like the sheath from JRE. Good to know that it hugs the knife and keeps it in place.

tknife, in your photo, is there a hint of a secondary bevel on your Bravo-1?

No, i think it's just the angle. It still has the full convex grind.

SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got my Bravo one last week. WHAT A MONSTER. Can't wait to get the leather sheath too!

The sheath seems like a great deal.

I'm liking the matching micarta handled firesteel for the Bravo 1 too.
