New Dragonfly blade with jimping...will it fit in older Dragonfly stainless scales ?...or would tolerances be off making a poor fit ?

I doubt it would fit but if it did you would still have to drill out the pin and then get another pin and make that one flush with the scales. Then you would have to polish the scales and the finish would look different than before unless you are highly skilled

And change the lock bars, too, perhaps? You are right, it would be a huge undertaking for the amount of gain.

I think you would be better off cutting your own jimping. Or, you could stipple the thumb ramp and choil.
