New Drop Point Design

Here is a new design that I just finished this weekend. The Maple Burl one is sold but I will be selling the Ironwood one.

Specs:
Steel: ATS-34 Mirror Finish
Blade Length: Approx 5" from end of finger groove
Overall: 9 3/4"
Bolsters: 416SS Mirror Finish & Dovetailed
Pins: 416SS & Mosaic

Top one - Desert Ironwood
Bottom one - Stabilized Maple Burl

Those can be described with just one word: "Elegant."

I like how clean and simple they are, without being "plain" or "boring."

They look like very good users too.
 
Nice, very clean with great lines.....deserves to be one of your standard patterns......bravo ;)
 
Sean, this is my favourite of your designs so far. And that says a lot. This one is ESPECIALLY elegant, and as usual the lines are super clean. The only thing missing in my humble opinion is a tapered tang, and it would be well, EVEN BETTER. Jason. :D :thumbup:
 
Hey thanks very much everyone!

Jason - I plan on doing at least one of these with a tapered tang for the Vegas show if I can get my act together. I've got the hang of this now so all I need is to find the time!
