It's been quite a while since I posted a completed knife on here. Life's gotten in the way of knifemaking a bit, but I'm busy completing a batch of 16 knives. This one is number 1 of 6 that was commissioned by a customer. All 6 will have mammoth ivory handles ona tapered tang, and be (almost) exactly the same. The flat portion of the blade is mirror-polished, and the bevels are hand-sanded back to 1000 grit. I'm waiting for a scotch brite belt to come in, so I migh switch this up after experimenting with it a bit.
Here are some specs:
Blade Length - 3"
OAL - 6"
Blade Material - CPM 154
416 Stainless Pins
Mammoth ivory scales on a tapered tang
Comments and critique is always appreciated! More to come as I finish the rest of the batch over the next few weeks!
