This will be my new EDC for a full year. Then I will take some comparison pics. I love this knife!

WOW, I could never carry the same knife for a year! My hat's off to you brother, and you have picked a sweet one!!
 
I pretty much carried my Para 2 for a year plus. It barely leaves my pocket. You picked a good one to carry for a straight year!
 
You know what. I picked one up on a whim a week ago and fell in love with mine. I put my zt and benchmades away lol. We will see how long it lasts but being so light and still a good sized knife i think itll see alot of pocket time. At least until i get my zt 0561 in, but thats a BIG knife. Also i like to carry tip up in my right sode back pocket and thmbstuds get caught on the pocket when drawing causing the blade to open. Iv been wanting to try the spydercos because of the thumb hole. This is my first spyderco and im in love.
 
Thats a good choice, it truly looks fantastic all in black. Will be interesting to hear review and pictures in 12 months time. Para 2 is my prefered carry knife also ,edc. Love it. Good luck .
 
Great choice for a year long carry. I couldn't do it. I wonder if there is a 12 step support group that could help with this? YLKC - Year Long Knife Carry.
 
I carried one knife for a year
It was before I really got into blades
so I had few choices
just forget about your other blades lurking in your closet

Hi Combatjiujitsu. I take it the carrying of the para 2 for 1 year will not put an end to carrying other knives along side it , and goes without saying ,I expect you have other knives on you wish list [as i do] for 2012. Well done Faron.
