New EDC knife

I have recently moved to a new town where the carry rules for knives have changed. I was look for a folding knife that could withstand alot of punishment (im a builder) that would be at or under 4 inches and would cost under $80. Im just wondering if anybody has any recommendations.

Did you not get enough sufficient recommendations in your other thread on the exact same topic?
 
Kershaw comes to mind, the ones designed by Rick Hinderer so the Cryo, Cryo II, Thermite, and possibly 1 or 2 more I am not sure, and than the Blur. There is a lot more but those are what come to me off the top of my head.
