That almost looks like a chiseled hollow ground blade. Its single side ground right.

Okay, you got me. As a newby, I've never seen a knife ground this way. Please tell me wherein lies any advantage , I'm in the dark here ?

Barb, it is,, one side ground but it has a polished convex secondary bevel,, they cut so nice and the overall knife turns out way lighter for carry,, over its saber convex counterpart,, there is no right or wrong for a blade grind,, but this works, thanks again,,
