I'm looking for a high quality EDC folder in the $30-$100 price range.
The things I'm looking for;
-3 inch blade
-great steel
-people wouldn't be scared when I use it
-easy and fun opening
-tip up/down pocket clip
-drop point blade
-good ergonomics

I like the benchmade mini griptilian and Kershaw skyline, so if anyone knows something like either of those then that would be great.
Thanks!

Honestly I can't think of a better option than the mini Grip; it fits every one of your desired characteristics. The standard 154CM steel may not be the ne plus ultra of contemporary steels, but it performs extremely well overall. I've just spent the last 3 weeks moving--unboxing and unwrapping hundreds of objects then breaking the boxes down--and of the 4 knives I brought, I've probably used the mini Grip the most.
Unless you have very large hands or are totally repelled by the plasticky handles, you're unlikely to be disappointed.
