New EDC?

I've had these three great EDC knives for a year or so by now. After a while, you take a look at your knives and get a craving for new ones. So does anyone know a good EDC knife that meets these specifications:
-Under $120
-around a 3 inch blade
-tip up carry
-deep carry (optional)
-thin
-flipper (optional)
-no automatics, but assisted knives are okay

A Benchmade Mini Griptilian. 1st choice. If you want S30V, get the Ritter version. Simple.

If you want thin, get a Kershaw Leek. Very slim and very good steel.

If you want to spend slightly more for a thin knife get a Spyderco Carbon Fiber Chaparral.
 
Kershaw Leek. The Composite Blade version is one of my most carried knives. There is a new blue-handled frame lock one that also looks awesome.
