New emerson commander

well I just bought my 5th emerson being the Commander and I think its an awesome knife but the only problem is it squeaks when I flick it open.... it doesn't happen when I open it slower jut when I put some behind it. I tried playing with the non-locking side detent a little but it didn't help this is the first emerson I had this issue with and its not really a problem just gets annoying. I was wondering if any of you knew how to fix it and could help me out.

Would this be the stonewashed finish? I had the same problem with my Horseman. I ended up taking the knife apart, wiping off all the lubricant and polishing the blade with Flitz (minus the lockface). The squeek went away automatically. Hope this helps.
