New Emerson

Just recieved a brand new CQC-11 for about 140.00
It seems to be well built and handles well. Blade is dead center and there is no blade play at all. Wish I could say the same for my Mini Commander.

My collection is small but I am pretty happy with the knives I have right now. Except the mini commander which rubs because the blade is off center but I use that as my weekday work knife so it really doesent matter too much although for the price it should have been perfect.

I currently have Skirmish 630, Mini Commander, Full size commander, Microtech Socom tanto and now CQC-11

Is it rubbing on the clip side? If so, open the knife (double check to make sure the lock is engaged) put the blade against the floor at about a 20 degree angle with the logo side down (it seems worng but it is right) and apply pressure. Keep repeating this until it is centered. I know a really cool emerson forum......PM me if you are interested.
