I got my Endura 4 today! I ordered it from New Graham on Friday and it got to me by Monday! Talk about good service! This is my first Spyderco knife and I was very impressed! It's razor sharp and I like the 4 way clip. It came with the clip in the tip-up configuration, which I like a lot. I'm still gettting used to the diffferent ergonomics but I like the knife tremendously. One quick question, where can I get a Torx screw to be able to move the clip?

Just ordered mine too (Stainless steel handles/fully serrated blade). Should be recieving it on Tuesday.:)

Homedepot: Husky Torx screwdriver set: has interchangeable bits (T-4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15) about $7.5. Get two of them incase you need to tighten the pivot (the second one is for the counter nut).

Does the blade pivot get loose on the Endura too? I know that this was a problem with my old S&W. Also, there is a little bit of blade play, both up and down and sideways. Is this normal. Thanks

I have had more Spyderco's that have blade play than ones that don't. I don't think it's normal which is why I don't buy Spyderco anymore. I'm picky and their fit and finish is always second rate to Benchmade and Al Mar. I have had Kershaw's for $25 that have had better F & F than $80 Spydies.

As far as the pivot goes, just take out the screw and put a little blue loctite on it and then tighten it to how you like it. Should be good to go after about an hour.

Whatever you do don't put red loctite on it unless you want to have to heat your knife up nice and hot to adjust the pivot.

Which did you get, the FRN or Stainless? I want one of each.

Sears sells nice ones individually.

This is true. However, you will note that those Kershaws have a blade of Aus 6 or so, compaired to Spyderco's VG-10.
