Ordered this back in the summer, and it just arrived in time for Christmas.
I don’t see a lot of Stanley’s knives posted here, so hopefully this will give some exposure to a great knife maker.

My knife is based on Stan’s Texas Jack pattern. It’s shortened to 3.5” and has a long lambfoot blade as the secondary. Both blades and springs are done in A2 steel, while the liners and integral bolsters are in 416 stainless. Swedges and half stops on both blades.

The covers are green mammoth ivory. The file work on the liners was done by Stan.

The engraving and inlay was all done by Alice Carter out of Caldwell, TX. The borders are 24k gold inlay, and the oval inner sections are an inlayed twist of 24k gold and silver.

I highly recommend both Stan and Alice.

Looks to be an exceptional knife with wonderful engraving. Thanks for posting.

Beautiful piece, I'd love to see close ups of each engraved panel...even the distance shots show some great detail.
