I wonder what size it is. If it's the same size as the fixed blade model, I think it will be too big and bulky as a folder. It isn't in the catalog pages that I received.
 
Look great-cant wait to see em in person-I like a big honkin folder but if its 40% smaller than the fixed as Hengem stated in a previous thread, it should be just about right. I'd like to see view of it full open to see how the more "skinner" style blade fits in with the overall look.
 
Well let's see. The fixed blade is 9.75 OAL with a 4.75 blade. A 40% trimming takes that knife down to an approximate 3" blade and 4.25" when closed.

Well for me that knife would be a sheath knife with a 3.5 inch blade & 7.75 inch OAL.
The nut for the pivot pin looks like the Alpha series and my gut tells me it's about the size of an Alpha folder too.
Any palms needs readin lets me know.

So a 110 is 8 5/8ths inches open, Yes?
So hengem here says the Ergo Folder is a good 1 1/2 inches shorter.
Let call the Ergo a 7 1/8th inch knife OAL.
So it sounds like a 3 inch bladed and 4 1/8th inchs closed or about the lengths of a large trapper. Should be interesting. And its light at 4.5 ozs.
 
I was hoping someone like Jeff H. might give us the actual spec's on this knife.:o Maybe later.
 
I hope for some real specs as well. I hope its a litlle bigger than 3" blade- I could live with it but with a body like that, I'd like a blade to match-ya know burrly.
 
At first glance I thought folding Tracker(as in Tom Brown),my eyes are'nt what they once were.Might be a good knife,but it's not my style.
 
You are right Flatlander 3" Blade, 4 1/8" Closed, and about 7 1/4" open. You guys will definately enjoy this one.
