Hey guys. Has anyone tried either of these and if so, do you recommend for bushcraft? I always wanted to try an Esee, but was turned off by the handle and choil.

I've owned both 3/4 with the old/normal handle style, not bad. That said, I can tell from looking that the handle there is much more my prefered style. I imagine it'll be a very comfortable and functional since it's got the usual blade style otherwise. Go for it, and grab me one too.

The new rounded handles are a little thicker than the old ones. I think it's an improvement.
