Just received my new ESEE-4 from T-K-C (outstanding guy to buy from, btw)Also got a Marine Tuf-Cloth for it. This may sound like a stoopid question, but can the Tuf-Cloth be applied to the powder coat without harm? Sorry, but I've never used this product before.:o

Thanks.

Thanks, Zini. She's not my first. My offspring gave me an Izula last year for Christmas, and that got me hooked. This one just might have ended my eternal quest for the "perfect back-country hunting knife". What's not to like?

Ive never used that but I just rub canola oil on the laser engravings lightly; it gets on the coating but no worries...ESEE is built to last:-)

No, no harm should come to you if you use the Tuf-cloth. What? Oh, sorry read it wrong:D No worries. Tuf-cloth will not harm the coating:thumbup:

Wipe away old boy, wipe away.

You can wipe the whole blade if you want, but I'd just hit the engravings and the edge and you'll be good to go.
