Well they arrived yesterday and I cant wait to get out into the field and put them both to good use, I am so excited as these are only my second and third higher end knifes so I cant wait to see what they are capable of!



I also got a dmt magnaguide set and after a few minutes of figuring it out I managed to get my griptillian sharper than its ever been. over all the best valentines day present I have ever got haha

the three in riding in my pocket as I type this, awesome knife and came stupid sharp. and the five Is currently my favorite blade I have ever owned but for some reason don't think my boss would like that thing riding around on my belt at work haha ( and its probably a little impractical for my work place chores and dutys anyway). never thought I would be carrying two knives a day but I don't see the three getting left at home ever now that I have it. it has moved my griptillian to my back pocket for sure.

and grownstar I thought about it a lot and decided to go with these colors for high visibility, figured I would need help finding them if ever dropped in the woods more than I would need to go tacticool and hide it from anyone and going with a black or darker color.
 
clean no rust free yes haha I have noticed that the sheaths mark up the scales but it doesn't bother me I bought them to use not stare at haha

Nice set up, they make a good knife. You sure won't set those down on the ground and loose them.
 
I like the 3 much more than the izula 2 I've had pretty much every knife ESEE makes over the years and the 3 is the one that stays. Its also the one I most often give to friends for deploying.
 
With those two, you shouldn't see the green slime when you cut all of those aliens during the invasion.

I like the ESEE 3, but only own the ESEE 4. Hope you enjoy them.

the fours look really nice I think that's what the gf is going to get before this backpacking season hits its time she gets a good fixed blade as well
