NICE looking folder. Exceptionally fine hunters knife, a real step up from the already great H1. I'm afraid I'm going to have to find the money for that PHL.

It's nice to see they came out with something a bit larger than their previous folding knives. And the deep carry clip really appeals to me.

The folder is beautiful, and it is going to be hard to resist with the 3G steel. Does the blade have a convex edge? Does anyone know how strong the lock is?

And is it now standard advice to use only soap and water to clean a folder, with no oil or lubricants used? Or is this advice just for Fallkniven's self-lubricating bearing?

Still have to convert to wholesale prices. MSRP is really high on these knives. Still, I don't think I have much choice. That banana knife is too good to miss.

You guys who dont live in the United States of Europe should deduct the VAT/tax/moms/ from the price. It is easy. We have 25% moms in Sweden so deduct 20% to get the net price, then you get a rough idea of what it will cost in the US.

My guess is that there will be many PHK and PXL going "the wrong way" across the atlantic in the future. You get the limited special collectors editions direct from Fällkniven and then buy the "user" knives and have them shipped " back" to Sweden from US and trick the govt. on the tax

I have already ordered a PXL in Ivory.
