So as a gift to myself, I picked up a BK24 over the holidays. I have to say this has become my favorite new knife. Perfect size for EDC. Its new clothes were made from some old kakhis and fiberglass resin. I lIke the way the light color plays against the finish of the 24. It needed some new digs so I made a leather sheath. Not the deep concealment I hoped for but perfect for inside the waistband. Here are a few pics, enjoy!

Nice. Like both the homemade Micarta and the compact footprint of the sheath. Does the knife come out without pulling the clip up?

On another note, Very nice choice on the Smutty Finestkind. What's a guy from Bethlehem doing drinking NH beer? That stuff is made right here in my home town. Have some of their Big IPA's and Really Old Brown Dog in the fridge right now.

Thanks. The 24 comes out nice and easy. I double wrapped the blade in saran wrap and painters tape while wet forming.

I always enjoy you pics partially just to see what you're drinking. Finestkind is very good and has a good following, nowadays it's easier to find good brew!

That sheath is slick. Great idea. I like that it's one piece too. Nice work :)

Hey thanks man! I try to make something different every time. This is my third sheath. My next one will be similar but for the 16 although I may not do the fold over design (unless I cannot come up with anything better)

That whole system is well set up, I could appreciate carrying that, nice knife and sheath. (As I head of to look at 24's)

Very clever..... I do not think I have ever seen a similar solution ........ The workmanship is certainly superior to my third sheath...LOL......... Nice job on the scales too..... Very cool....

Well there you go. Now all you have to do is make a set of scales and a sheath for every Beckerhead and you're in! :D

Seriously, that's some fine work there.

Thank you. The 24 is a great little knife, I'm wondering why it took me this long to pick one up.

Thank you although certainly kinder words than I deserve.

Sorry to disappoint but my next project is a set of scales for the 11. I have some black and yellow paper micarta I've been meaning to use.;)
