'New' favorite fb: is the logo legit? Googling has been fruitless.

This was labelled "puuko from Finland", despite being clearly marked as of Norwegian manufacture. Also marked "Brusletto", but no prancing deer. There's a stylized viking boat with three sails and four shields on the collar of the sheath. I like it whether it's a real Brusletto or not.

Brusletto have changed models a lot over the years, but that one does look familiar. When I get home I'll dig out some old magazines and see if I can find out which model it is. I used to own quite a few Brusletto knives, but not that one.

Definitely close, though I think my ferule and cap are longer.
Funny they don't put a name or number on them if they're going to name them. Maybe it's like Japanese sword-makers: if you have to ask, you don't deserve to know.

Models do vary over the years, Brusletto seem to change them with some regularity. In my experience, they're great knives
