This is the first fighter style I've tried, it sure feels good in the hand. Aol 14"- 8 1/2" blade, all the fittings are nickel silver. Blade is forged 52100- 3x quenched and 3x tempered. Blade is mirror finished, has a reflection on the tip area.

Very nice sub-hilt fighter! Should be a very tough knife out of 52100 also. What's the handle material?

OH YEAAAA!!! that is one sexy looking piece of steel with
Classic lines done to perfection again..
Keep it up.

Whoa, Bill, you rock! That's beautiful, but what really gets me is knowing what its steel is all about. That's a combination no one's thought of before - high performance blade in a subhilt fighter. I guess this one really is for going up against bear!

Thanks guys, this one took quite a bit of time, getting the subhilts made to look uniform and lined up then there was a lot more hand sanding then I care for :D , I think I'll go back to hunters for a day or 2 before I start another fighter.

The handle material is Gaboon Ebony.

I understand going back to hunters for a while,
those sub hilts can be something els. that is a
nice good looking knife, Gib
