This is one I've been working on for the last few days. 9 1/2" 1060 blade with almost an 8" false edge and Euro stag handle. The S guard is 1018 with wrought iron balls. The other fittings are anchor chain wrought iron. 15" overall....

Wow - what a slick-looking knife. Probably my favorite of yours so far, and I've liked them all. Beautiful work! :D

You never cease to amaze me. Beautiful work. The S guard and the flaring stag handle are a perfect match for the sweeping, subtly ground blade. Bravo.

Beautiful, I really like this design of yours -- very unique. :)

Wowza! That is a great looking knife.

Could you do the whole guard in wrought iron? Do you have enough shear steel to do a 10" blade in this style? Is the blade a trailing or straight point? Are you going to show us the sheath? Lots of questions, huh?

Keith, Yes I could have done this guard out of wrought iron but its been to hot to do that much forging. What I have left in the shear steel will only work for smaller knife blades. This blade is slightly trailing but pretty close to straight. As for the sheath I haven't gotten around to it yet. It will be in line with the others that are waiting for one... I require a mood swing to get in the sheath mode and I hope it happens soon.

Literally and figuratively, that baby "has a pair of balls!" Great work!
