So I decided to go back to making linerlock folders. Some seven years ago I made one, started a few more and set the project aside “for a while” and never come back to it as I was busy making kitchen knives.
This project was based on some loose sketches and I had to go modifying it as it developed and buying a few new tools and modifying the shop setup as well. It came pretty close to the scrap bin so many times I could easily call it the “survivor” model :)
It was a learning experience, no doubt, and the next ones will be easier. Time to move on to #03 now!
(yes, I know it is missing the clip. I´ll take care of this in the next days)

As they say, practice .makes perfect!! Grind/ blade is cool... Front scale worx too👍👍

A better go at the lock side and you'll be in business!!!!! Remember it could always be worse😉!

Thanks for the comments!

Yes, practice is very important even more so when I am working with techniques and materials so different from what I am used to.

So I´ve tinkered with it a little more: added a lowrider style ti clip, brushed all the screw heads and also re-did the finish on the titanium side - as a matter of fact, this is what I had originally in mind.
And now I am done with this one though it better leave the shop before I have more ideas! :)
