Here is a new model I call the Camper. This design has been in use in our kitchen doing food prep for a few weeks now, plus has been used on some wood carving and cutting projects. I think it would be ideal for camp cooking and food preparation in the outdoors.

Here are the specs:
9 3/4" overall
5" blade
1/8" thick O1 steel

This model will sell for $160.00 shipped, including a leather pouch type sheath.

Hi Stomper -

Sweet! The curve of the handle to blade makes it look like it would be very good for food prep and what have you.

Another great design!

Thanks for the pictures.

best regards -

You can get a nice rocking motion with it for slicing veggies. The Boss used the prototype making beef stew a couple of weeks ago.

I`m bringing this one to our meetup next month for you guys to try out.

That's a fantastic design. Right up my alley. Looks like a versatile user. Going to add it to my wish list.

All the best,

- Mike

That is a fine looking knife! It does look very versatile. It's got that nice handle design that feels good in your hand!

Later!

I think that might just be my favourite of all your designs John....love it !

Very nice john, and I really like your handle to blade ratios, they are always just right. Looks like a fine food prep knife witch my wife really liked being a cook an all, so I might need to get One for her. And if it had an 8" blade it would be a very capable chopper. I like to do all my tree trimming on the ranch with a knife instead of a chainsaw (a lot slower but much more fun) and that knifes shape just says chopper to me. Good job
