Had a fellow wanting a deer shin bone handled knife done my old way and this is what I came up with. 4" 52100 blade, the usual wrought iron fittings and a premium deer shin bone for a handle. 8" overall.

Terrific piece...end to end..The shin bone, WI, and blade
profile all compliment one another well...

sleek. And bony! Looks great to me:thumbup::cool:

Another really great looking piece Ray, is the shin bone actually ancient bone or have you antiqued it? It's a very good antique job if so.

Ray thats real nice its good to see that the old man can still do it the old way . I am looking forward to seeing you in Apr
