Finished this one on weekend. I used my framelock interpretation on this one, cutting the lockbar from the front part of the frame (the frame contour makes the 90 degrees to lock the blade). This help the making process a lot, there's no need to use a milling machine or send the parts to be waterjet cutted. Also, I had the idea to screw the clip on lockbar, making it remains flush with the frame when the blade is opened. So I've took some WIP and finished pics:

Great work! Eye catching and utilitarian at the same time.

It amazes me that you are able to do all of those angles and shapes without CNC! Just great!!

Great design, Gus.......I really like the clip and how sleek and flowing. the overall knife is with that front-lock

Another great design.
Nice front cover photo and mention in this month's Blade Magazine (Sept 09) as well.

Gus, that is another fantastic design & knife!! That also look like a big one too. What are you calling that one?

Love, love, LOVE this latest design with the framelock out the front.

I can't say it surprises me. :)

Superb design and an awesome looking knife. The filework on the top of the blade looks good too.

Thanks for posting it along with the WIP.

NOTE TO SELF: Add the "no name" knife to the list. :D
