So had a little extra cash and placed an order for some micarta for my BK2 and BK11 and also a Phat Bob!!! And they all came in today! Pretty quick since I ordered after close on Wednesday. Also, my wife bought me new boots today as my Valentines present. She is awesome. Of course I got her a new dress to go with the tickets to the ballet, so my gift was no slouch either. :D The boots are Double H and made in the USA. All in all, great weekend so far. The micarta feels great and the Phat Bob is SOLID!! It's my new EDC. :D

Oh. And I have a Norton 8"x2" Fine/Course India stone, Blackhawk sling swivels for my shotgun, and green stropping compound also on the way.

And I got to use the stone to touch up my 2 and 11. A little stropping and she was shaving and biting hard. :D There really is a good feeling behind a good hand sharpening. I am going to make a paracord sling for my benelli supernova 12 gauge.

Nice haul, I keep forgetting to pick up one of those Phattys. How do you like it so far?

It's heavy. The fit and finish is great. I am debating taking the clip off since the micarta feels so good in hand, but they are so convenient. The hollow grind is super sharp out of the box. The lockup feels really crisp and firm. All in all, I REALLY like it. I've been playing with it all afternoon just looking for things that need a good cuttin'. :D

I have averagely large hands, and I get all four fingers fully around it. I might needs to sand down the top edge of the micarta at the top a bit. It has a slight edge to it, but not bad. And the color matches my OD Magpul iPhone case. LAWLS! I know Warrior will appreciate that.

LOL I was just thinkin that if that 11 slipped off'n the boot and poked that nice leather couch....you wouldn't be gettin any more presents from the wife anytime soon!

I have been thinking about buying a Phat Bob, but I got a slammin deal on a Kershaw Blur s30v that I couldn't deny:D
I will have to pick one up some time soon though, they do look real nice!

Thanks guys! And my wife is always looking for an excuse to buy furniture and stuff, so it could go either way. Hahaha
