I think what the OP proposses, is an exclusive GEC sales forum, like what Busse, Chris Reeve, and Buck have.

I can see the point, GEC has quite an exhaustive fan base here. 18/25 of the posts on (my settings) the first page of the Traditional exchange are GEC related.

First step would be to have a GEC subforum, I'd think. The existing specific sales sections were born from the discussion section of the same name.
