I just got my first GEC, a smooth yellow bone Half Congress. Now I know what the fuss is about. The fit and finish is very good and nice walk and talk. Blade pull is about 5. I also love 1095 blade steel and made in the U.S.A.:D This won't be my last GEC for sure.

Good looking knife! I like the way the large stamped bolsters turned out on these.

Nice!

Congrats, that's a beauty. It certainly won't be your last GEC, the f&f from that company is very addictive. ;)

Nice piece. I agree on the stamped bolsters. There's something about them on certain knives that really, well, bolsters the appearance. :)

That's a great looking knife you have there it would make an excellent whittler. I suppose I'm used to looking at Case's Yellow Delrin but that yellow bone seems to be a bit on the sunny side, and I like it.

I am usually anti stamped bolsters and frills, but that is a BEAUTY!

The extremely classy, beautiful scales on that one.
The UN-X-LD bolsters really bring out the beauty too.
