Donna says that she is to fat to do a calender or us,She just shakes her head when I suggest it.I guess we will just have to keep getting here to take these pictures and when we get enough of them we can make our own:D
Thanks Bruce for the kind comment on the Knives,I just love the spear point Bowies..
I guess it is just a west coast thing and in my Blood:cool:

WE NEED SOME IN DEAPTH REPORTING from donna on how well these ride, wearing them for a lenth of time. LOL great knives bruce, remind Donna that if she has any girlfriends that may go for a maker in santa monica that ive got a lot of walks on the beach were i will listen! great knives bruce. i am getting ready for the craft show so, :)

Bruce-

Those are great!!! Very sleek and sexy little knives.

I got to see one of your knives last week-end at our little show as Mike had one on display on his table... GREAT work.

One bit of CONSTRUCTIVE criticism... You are way beyond the realm of using brass. It looks pretty when it's polished...but the higher end market won't even look at it...and your knives are higher end material. :D I'd recommend you use nickel, ss, blued fittings, high carbon or damascus for fittings...

Nick

Thanks for all the kind words everybody..
Nick,I agree with your comment about the brass,I usedf this as a prototype becuse I have a bunch of Brass around the shop and I like the looks of Brass with stag.I am going to offer these in what ever the customer wants and Brass is just a option,One thing about brass is as a carry piece, when it tarnishes some it isn't quite as flashy. Also in holding with the original style of these Knives,And yes they were originaly made this size but with double edge blades,They came in Brass.and there are a few others that were done in Brass in the old style knives. But I will probably stay away from it most of the time,But I like to work it every now and then for a change of pace.I do have a bunch of pure nickel that I was going to try in some Damascus but do you guys think it would work for these types of sheaths or would it be to soft?
Again Thanks for the kind words, and all Critisim is apriceated..
Bruce

I almost forgot,What do you guys think of this idea.....
I was going to make a leather frog that would slide up the sheath under the clip and have a tab sticking up the back enough to add a braided rope necklace long enough to make these a neck carry also, with the handle in the upright position..Just a idea...Any comments.
Bruce

OH BABY
Those are some knives ;)
I really like the ivory one with the pin work.
I think Nick has a valid point about the brass...but...I still like brass and stag together ;)
Like they say "Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder"
The neck-frog sheath sounds like a good idea. I think they would look nice in a leather vest pocket with a watch chain and fob. Don't know how'd you do it though!
Keep up the good work,
Wally

Bruce- those knives and sheaths are fantastic! I think this style of knife in this size could be HOT!!! The stag is my favorite, but they are both beautiful. This is nit-picking, but I think you should make your logo smaller for this size blade.:)

Bruce, those are very nice -- great size, perfect proportions, very traditional. I really like the sheath style. Thanks for sharing, this is fantastic! What a nice carry knife these would make.

Dave

Bruce, those are so cute I might just have to tack a stag model onto my order. Excellent work as always!

The brass vs. nickel folks probably know what they're talking about but I like the versions you have here just fine. However, the logo size suggestion is probably a good idea.

Keep up the great work! You're definitely on a roll. :)

I have to order a new stencil with a smaller logo.I wasn't making anything small like this so I never thought about getting a small logo.I realized the fact that I needed one when I started to put My name on the Blades I did realize it.
Now to just get gaught up on the bills so I can order one...:D
Like I have said these are just the prototypes, and things can change ..:) :)
Thanks for the comments everybody.
Bruce

Okay, I have up through April, just need May through December...:D
Great knives! I like knives that can be discreetly carried. Offering different combos of handle/fitting material should make for a very popular piece. I may have to order one in stag/blued steel...

Dan

Dan,That leaves 8 more pictures,The one in stag and Blued fittings sounds cool,I have already had a suggestion for a all nickel silver handle and sheath with Damascus blade also,I bet that will look really awesome....
Dan if you order one I will get Donna to give us a really cool concealed carry of some kind for ya to add to your calendar;) ;) :D
Bruce

I almost forgot I will offer these in 3 sizes the 3 X 1/2 inch and then a 4X3/4 inch and then a full size at 6X1 inch versions..
