Thought some of you would like this. Check out this new 600ml pot from GSI. It has a..

- Reversable sippy lid
- New type of gripper (silicone/magnetic so you dont lose it)
- Telescoping Foon/Spork
- Insulated sleeve
- Fits fuel + stove
- Weighs 5 oz

Dont know much about this Halulite material but it looks good. This will probably replace my MSR Ti Mug.

Heres what it said about Halulite.

Extremely lightweight - lighter than Titanium, Halulite material has enhanced heating properties that allow it to cook better and more evenly than Titanium as well

All that for $20. Im ordering one this week.

I like that. I may look into one of those as well. I have carried the same GI canteen cup for over two decades, but I don't really like the handles on it.

Looks nice but I hate their telescoping spork. Too flimsy. That is easily remedied, however.

Have no worries. Halulite is good stuff. I love my GSI Halulite Kettle, and will probably be getting the Minimalist when available.

I would like to see some in hand and scale pictures. Does anyone have one we can peek at?

Haulite is amazing stuff, I have a kettle as well. So light and strong you won't believe it.

Does anybody else find it ironic how we are all gauking at a new fangdangled item to add to our repituars... and it's called the Minimalist...

Another +1 for the kettle in halulite. If we could only get them to make a guyot style bottle in halulite. GSI makes a bottle, but it's just regular stainless steel.
