Ruger came out with this new super blackhawk in 44 mag with a 3.75 inch barrel recently and I fell in love with it at first sight. I ordered this new crossdraw rig from El Paso Sadlery the day I got it and just got it today. It carries great and thought I would show it off.

Outstanding set up. I have 2 Ruger Superblackhawks in 44 mag. Both with 5 1/2 inch barrels. I am going to be on the look out for one like that with the 3.75 inch barrel. Would make for an easy carrying trail gun with plenty of power for any situation or critter 2 or 4 legged!!

Very nice set up!

I bought a SBH over the summer with the 5 1/2" barrel but havn't decided on a rig yet. My old standby is the New Vaquero 45 Colt with an Eastwood rig from Alphonso's.

Pretty versatile chambering IMHO. Everything from mild 44 Specials to wrist breaking "Ruger only" 44 Mags.

Awesome looking rig!! Seriously. I've been debating on an El Paso or a Rick Bachman Old West Reproductions rig. Yours is pushing me hard to make a decision!

Crossada is that Bowie a Bagwell?

nice I have super redhawk 7.5 bbl, I bet that short barrel sounds like thunder and kicks like mule with factory loads. I was loading mine down pretty low for shooting jugs. Even winchester whitebox makes my hands hurt after a box or so.

Holy crap that thing is beautiful! I might have to sell my .45 BH and get one of these! I love the unfluted cylinder.

Got one just like that in Sept for my birthday. Really like it so far! Need to work up some good cast loads for it .
Still need a holster. May go with Simply Rugged pancake.

Wow, that is a nice set up W! I have a BH single action in .357 on my short list; love the stainless versions. With a little care that El Paso rig will last a long time...beautiful rig.
