I just found this great resource site doing some research on a small assisted opening knife. I thought I would join up and become a part of the community. I'm not really a traditional collector of knives, but I do but them from time to time depending on how I like their look, feel, and usefulness. I'm more of a die-hard razor collector, (the type your grandfather probably used...Gillettes, Ever-Ready, GEM, etc.).
I may turn into a knife collector after reading some of these threads. So much out there that I was unaware of.

Welcome, InfernoOrangeSS

You are right on about this being an amazing resource. The subforums offer members with varied interests a platform too. So, keep on exploring. The knowledge and community are here. I think that, if anyone googles knives, this is where they wind up. There is good reason for that.

Lots of guys here do razors, so welcome. I used to find some nice ones when I lived in AL (about 4 years ago now).
