Hello all,

My name is Ben and I've been an advanced level hobbyist knife maker for the last several years. I just started selling some of my work this last year after a gentle nudge from my wife. I've lurked here long enough and I decided to become a paying member of this great site. I hope to become a contributing part of this community of blade makers. I'm here to mostly learn and share from my experiences in knife making or anything else you'd have me blather about!

That's my intro guys.. I look forward to getting comfortable with how the site works and talking with you all later.

Thanks again for the welcome, I'm the pay before I play type and I like to do my part. I'll start posting some pictures of my work soon. Where's the most appropriate place to put pictures? I see some in the knifemakers gallery and some over in the general area as well. Thanks.

Knifemaking, knifemaking equipment, and construction type posts are fine in Shop Talk. A lot of the guys post photos of their new knives there with any pertinent info on how the knife was made. The Knifemakers gallery is also a good place to show off your work.
