Hello, everybody. Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been a lurker here on the forums for a bit, but just recently upgraded and got my profile lined out a little..at the urging of my buddies T.M. Hunt and Murph. I don't have much in the way of a prized knife collection, but I'm working on it. The more I look at the custom stuff laid out on this site, the more I like. I've only carried stock from the big companies, straight off the shelf and just last week bought my 1st Custom made blade. (Yeah, off Todd) And I can see I have ALOT to learn, so take it easy on me if I post dumb questions for awhile. Thanks..

Haha! Welcome to the forum my friend! Don't take offense to Thribilly's post as far as not being able to get names right. Unfortunately a high I.Q. isn't a requirement for this forum! Grin and bear it! (Pppsssstttt! They really can't help it!)

1st off, no. I don't have a becker yet. I guess i'm putting the cart before the horse..but I started here before my 1st purchase. I don't wanna point fingers..but I was discussing picking up my first one and SOMEBODY told me they'd make me a helluva a deal on a BK2. So, i'm just a guy talking until Todd..er..somebody comes through. told ya I was new...
 
Welcome aboard. We won't hold the whole murphy/hunt thing against you. Pick out a Becker and get your feet wet.
 
Damn! Nuthin like being thrown under the bus! Truth of the matter is DD expressed intrest in the bk 9 and the 2. I own both of them but do not use the 2. So its only natural for me givin my good nature to offer it to my good friend as a warm welcome to a good knife and a good group of poeple that I have come to know. Didn't know he was gonna sell my a$$ up the river! Haha. Oh well. Welcome to the fold. Consider yourself a bk 2 owner DD!

Hey, thrillbilly. Nice to meet ya. I don't know what you did, but Todd talks/rants about you quite a bit! And I was gonna apologize for shaming you in public Todd, but since I have witnesses now, I guess you hafta come off with the 2, so that all worked out. And crimson, lemme see if I can figure it out..but be forewarned; it's the M-18 Todd made Murph, just slightly tweaked for my tastes...
