new guy, new knife here :D

Hi, I just got my first knife as a gift, it's a Colt (manufactured by Eickhorn-Solingen)CTCK, it's a tactical knife. It seems like a good quality knife, but then again, I don't know anything about knives . Any coments? does any of you guys have one?

Also, is there any site with information on how to take care of it, like how to sharpen it, oil it and stuff?
