New guy to the forums, I have knives...

Hello everyone
I am new to the forums
I have a love of knives as I assume most of you as well have too.
any way I wanted to show you guys what I have in my collection

to the left I edc the blur and the minimalist
the bk14 and the kershaw camp 10 I use for camping and backpacking duties (sheath is a little broken on the camp 10)
the little folder with the wooden handle is a craftsman knive (I believe made by the schrade company just with craftsman stamped on it) was my grandfather's knife
the two knive on top of that I don't use any more
The buck maxlite I don't use all that much (occasional fishing trip i guess)
The last two knives are all broken (The kershaw 1050 has a broken lock, the buck 704 has a messed up blade)
the final blade is just a cheap chinese knife shaped object
I use that as a throwing knife

the machete is just an old machete from the 50's
good, reliable, and looks like a murder weapon
 
Send the Buck 704 back to them. It has a 4-ever warranty and they are great in dealing with knife issues. For the cost of shipping it to them, they'll fix it, clean it, and sharpen it. It will look like new when you get it back. Just seek out the Buck web site and find the warranty instructions on how to return it. You won't be sorry. :thumbup:

[Edit: Buck no longer makes the 700 series, so that is a keeper if you get it fixed.]

Beautiful machete. I like a blade that's seen a lot of love. You obviously have a love for Kershaw. I have tried to vary my collection brands a bit, but whatever you like is what's important. Keep buying what you love. Don't listen to the folks that say you have to buy x knife to really collect. That said, there are a ton of cool blades made by folks here, and it's great to have something made by a BF member if it fit's your budget, plus a lot of these folks make their living on their blades. Keep up the addiction my friend!

Oh the machete has had seen a lot of love XD the the picture really doesn't give the whole "looks like a murder weapon" look of it any justice, it's all chipped to hell
