Hello,,, I hope that this is not to basic a question for this forum. I want to learn the art of knife making and thought that I could use some old stainless knives that I have to practice on. ( cheaper than ruining some custom blade blank) Can you guys tell me what the easiest way to reshape the blade? ( a lot, not just the edge angle) and to drill holes in the tang? This stuff is not fancy but it is stainless and pretty hard. Thanks for your help..
