Hello, all. The time has come for me to break my silence. Moose, consider this to be thread number one towards beckerhead status.
Nearly a year ago, I began searching for a knife that was bigger than the Ka-bar I was carrying then. I have always had an interest in knives since I was very young, and I remembered a knife that my grandpa had, a Camillus Becker. I handled it once back in the day, and I don't recall what model it was, but I remembered the handle design, the name Becker, and that it was a beast.
So, I did some googling, found Bladeforums, and ordered a BK9, which quickly became my favorite knife.
Not long after that, I found myself ordering a BK11, which quickly replaced the linerlock that I had been carrying.
And then I procured an ESKaBar, which now rides in my pocket every day.
Obviously, the next step in this 1095 cro van and grivory induced addiction is to join with you Beckerheads, so here I am.
